From Idea to Business: The 90 Day Blueprint!

More people are eager to start their own businesses, whether to leave corporate America, become their own boss, control their schedule, or build a legacy to pass down to their family. However, starting a business involves many steps, and missing key ones or overlooking important factors can lead to costly mistakes later on.

Below is a blueprint to help turn your idea into a business in 90 days or less. It outlines specific steps to take over a three-month period.

Month 1: Business Brainstorming & Self-Awareness

  • Understand your "why" for becoming an entrepreneur and business owner.
  • List causes and problems you care about that affect the community.
  • Identify your core values.
  • Decide if you want to start from scratch or pursue a franchise.

Month 2: The Business Plan

  • Determine how you will structure your business plan.
  • Create a timeline and plan for completing the business plan.
  • Research the industry you want to enter.
  • Conduct market research on the problem you aim to solve.
  • Network with others to potentially build a team (optional).
  • Work on your plan daily or every other day to stay on track.
  • Research technologies that could support your business.
  • Decide on your starting budget and monthly operating expenses.
  • List your strengths and weaknesses.

Month 3: Putting It All Together

  • Choose a business name and register it (LLC, LLP, C-Corp, S-Corp, etc.).
  • Design a website or landing page.
  • Create business cards.
  • Set up social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Join networking groups.
  • Craft a pitch for your business.

By following this blueprint, you’ll gain clarity, have a solid plan to support your venture, and, most importantly, have Cache Consulting by your side. We offer coaching and consulting services to help you brainstorm your idea, create your business plan, and put everything together (website, funding, marketing, SOPs, grants, technology, etc.).

So, we ask:

  • Are you ready to build another stream of income?
  • Do you want to control your own schedule?
  • Do you want to build your legacy?
  • Are you ready to start your business?

If you answered "yes" to these questions, let’s get STARTED!
